My Favorite Peanut Butter

So... this is my FAVORITE peanut butter.  I LOVE peanut butter.

This is the BEST peanut butter - Parkers Farm.  The traditional Jiffy or Skippy Peanut Butter all have extra added oils, sugar, and that kind of nonsense - that take away from the natural flavor, and even if they say "All Natural".  All this peanut butter is, is peanuts, salt, love, care, and pride.

This peanut butter does have to be refrigerated - you buy it in the dairy, refrigerated isle.  But that is good.  All the peanut butters that I have tried, that are just peanuts and salt, that you don't buy refrigerated, have separated majorly.  I have found this a problem.  One, for the first couple uses, you have to stir it.  This causes a mess.  The oil splashes all over.  Then, when you get to the bottom of the jar, the peanut butter is more like peanut paste and there is no flavor.

So, with this peanut butter, that has been refrigerated in the first place, all the oil and peanut butter is nicely mixed together.  Parkers Farm peanut butter is great for all uses:  sandwiches, toast, crackers, apples, baking, etc.

My breakfast this morning.  And, as my great aunt would say, "Peanut butter and jam with toast," instead of toast with peanut butter and jam.

You can buy this kind in creamy and crunchy.  I have found it at Costco and Hy-Vee.  And, the little grocery store in our town also has the exact same stuff, but in a smaller container!  The container just looks way different than the big container.

So, you should really give this peanut butter a try!
